Bethany Penhall is the glue that holds the entire Revel Real Estate operation together. With over 15 years in business ops, marketing, and tech (mostly in Commercial Real Estate), Bethany is responsible for running the organization and keeping the lights on, both literally and figuratively. She is responsible for building and growing the brand while driving traffic and engagement for our agents and managing the go-to-market process for every one of our property launches. On any given day, you can find Bethany leading marketing and operational strategies, designing print ads, analyzing Google Analytics data or assisting agents with their listing presentations.
Outside of work, Bethany is busy! As a mom to two rodeo-loving boys, Preston and Ford, ages 11 and 8. You’ll find her camping on the rodeo circuit or cheering for the local NW Montana Rodeo Team. Outside of rodeo season, she’s skiing with her family, adventuring around the state. or planning their dream home in the Lower Valley, where they’ll raise chickens, horses, and soak in those epic mountain views.
