We have used her expertise many times now, and she is willing to work for her clients, which is not always the case these days in the real estate trade. Zane is an amiable guy who felt like a friend from the first call… He always makes you feel like you’re his most important client, no matter the size of project he’s working on for you. We never felt rushed, or ‘sold to’. Instead, we easily came to trust him to have our best interest in mind. Zane is very patient. We worked with him over several months and investigated many options for buying or building a home in Kalispell, yet we never felt like he didn’t have time for another call, text or email. He came to know what was really important to us and could instantly provide background on a neighborhood, based on our goals. Zane has connections for everything and knows the Flathead Valley like the back of his hand. There is no question he can’t answer, and if he doesn’t know it already…he knows someone who does! We are out of state buyers and Zane truly became our feet on the street. When a house showed up on the market that we were interested in, Zane was onsite talking to the owners that day. Since we couldn’t visit a home in time to make an offer, he would walk through the house sending pictures and answering our questions. Zane’s willingness to help doesn’t stop at closing. After we found, and bought our perfect home, he had a 360 degree tour made of it so we could get to know it, plan our furniture layout, and just get excited about our move to the beautiful Flathead Valley! He built a relationship with the sellers, introduced us to them, and arranged for them to keep an eye on our home until we arrive.
