Growing up in the small Rocky Mountain ski resort town of Telluride, Colorado, Nichole Perrin was instilled with the important qualities that come from life in a small town: relationships and connectivity. Even as she has lived in other world-class mountain towns such as Jackson Hole and Bozeman, eventually settling in the Flathead Valley, Montana has been her home for over 20 years, drawn to the abundant water, diversity of natural spaces and small town values.
Seven years ago, after a successful career in retail design and development, Nichole transferred her experience and knowledge to the real estate industry and never looked back. Drawing from her global-level experience in location identification, site acquisition, ROI analysis, design, construction, contract negotiation and marketing, Nichole is able to provide an extensive skillset not commonly found in an agent. Paired with her local relationships and entrepreneurial approach, Nichole can determine solutions rapidly in an ever-changing market and industry, supporting her clients with the best insights, advice and guidance.
Passionate about the outdoors, the northwest Montana mountains, lakes and rivers are where Nichole can be found hiking, cycling, skiing, camping and fishing with her partner Mark, a 4th generation Montanan.
As your agent, Nichole has many roles – trusted advisor, area expert, problem solver and guide – from the first discussion all the way to the closing table. With Nichole, you’ll see the difference a deeply relational and connected agent can bring.
