I got a referral to Amy from one of her satisfied clients when I was fishing around for an Agent to sell my property. I live in Northern California and had purchased a piece of property in Kalispell in the Fall of 2022 on my first and only visit there. I decided to sell in mid-November 2023. When I contacted Amy, I asked her multiple careful vetting questions, which she answered to my full satisfaction. She arranged a wonderful listing photo review of the property with great drone footage! 2 months after signing on with Amy (in the middle of a very cold Montana winter!), I had an offer, which I declined. About 1 week later, a second offer came in which I ended up successfully negotiating a deal and closed March 4th.
