Scott represented me in a purchase of a new home. What I like best about Scott is his background in construction. Zane is an amiable guy who felt like a friend from the first call… He always makes you feel like you’re his most important client, no matter the size of project he’s working on for you. We never felt rushed, or ‘sold to’. Instead, we easily came to trust him to have our best interest in mind. Zane is very patient. I approached Zane about listing my home for sale in November of 2015. Within a few days, we had a competitive market analysis and decided on a price where we needed to be as I was looking to sell quickly. We received multiple offers within the first few weeks and were under contract shortly thereafter.
